Calling all Sellers - It's a Sellers Market!

Spring is here and inventory is surprisingly still tight which is good news for people that already own property or are looking to sell. Property values continue to rise and we are starting to surpass previous San Francisco record price levels and home valuations. However financing is not easy to attain because of cautious underwriting from banks. Also a larger percentage of purchases are selling for cash so this real estate economy seems to have a stable backing.
