The summer may not be hot here in San Francisco but for many buying a home the more affordable form of home ownership called a TIC is very HOT.  TIC's or Tenancy In Common are selling as quickly as condominiums these days because thery are more affordable for many and TIC financing rates have dropped quite a bit. 2 weeks or less on the market is not uncommon.
